No. They just give away free stupid items like staplers, notepads, tissue boxes so that they can get that Dr to perscribe their medications. are being balckmailed into perscribing meds that they dont like. Ignore it. Just think to yourself what a waste it would be if the offices threw them away and had to go and buy "tissues" when they can have them for free!

This is the way I look at it...
If my nurse or doctor is using a pen with a logo on it, I know they received that pen for free. If I see a calendar or box of tissues advertising a certain drug in the room, I know they were supplied to my doctor for free. Clipboards, clocks, coffee mugs with logos -- all free! That means they're saving some of the money they get from my visits and they aren't wasting their budget on small things, which can eventually add up to a lot.
They can use the money they get from me and my insurance company on the important things, like staff.

No surprises right here. WOW, some respondents comprehend that that's prohibited ?!?!?!?!? nicely, that seals it then, not extra concern. We in basic terms ought to slap all and sundry on the wrist and tell them to no longer do it returned. humorous, the absence of concern from the scientific contingent, this is often there for even the main minor infraction interior the Alt Med section. Hypocrisy abounds! no person is going to admit that this could be a touch damning endorsement of the grievance of huge pharma that the scientific contingent declare is all rubbish.

The only way it would bother me is if he prescribed a medicine, it doesn't work, and instead of changing to something else, he just increases the dosage. Sometimes, a doctor gets paid to "push" a certain brand by the manufacturer.

Yes!!!!
As far as I am concerned the drug companies and insurance companies have turned healthcare into money game where the patients are on the losing end!!!!

Yes, the hypocrisy is overwhelming. I'm reminded of it in every single logo. At least the job pays.

Drug companies sell drugs and the doctor prescribe them to you and others for a profit.
I am ok with that.

Most things are like that these days. Stadiums have commercial names, my email has advertising all over it, etc. No, I don't particularly care for this kind of thing, but what can you do?
