i been seeing this girl for a couple of months now, but two weeks ago I was kind of a jerk to her, I have tried to say sorry to her but she’s not hearing it, and I think she’s over reacting. Am supposed to see her on Friday but I really don’t know what to say besides that am sorry, which I really am. Any advice of what I can say so she can see that I really am sorry, but I don’t want to beg either I mean is not like I cheated on her or anything, feel me? Any tips will be great.

I'm Sorry is over-rated. I wore out way back in the early 1900's. LOL When you see her instead of saying sorry. Show her you are. Say something like I shouldn't have____ and I was wrong for doing it. What can I do to make iot up to you? Maybe flowers would help or a favorite CD or something you know she likes. Be cool though like you said we are no begging here. Let me know how it goes.

Whatever you do, DO NOT say, "Look I SAID I was sorry... what do you want from me?" Or "Seems like you're really over reacting to this thing" or any phrase like those -- they'll either start a fight [argument], or result in the silent treatment from HER... a very bad sign.
Does she have a girl friend? Someone she hangs out with? Tell the friend that you feel really bad that you behaved badly to your g/f, but don't know how to tell her. Use the word FEEL. The friend will tell your g/f.
Also, when you see your g/f again, tell her you never meant to hurt her feelings when you [did whatever it was you did]. Say it that way, even if it looks like she's ignoring you. Say you feel bad. Basically, girls don't understand linear thought like guys do. They understand feelings. Happy, sad, stressed, depressed, overworked, tired, etc.... phrase what you say by using the word "feel". I can't stress that enough.

Well, just say your sorry in an honestly. Don't beg.... just say your sorry and tell her how you feel. That you are trying not to beg and your trying to be friends or whatever you guys are again. tell her what you did was uncalled for and why you did what you did. i'm sure you had some what of a reason.

Just be open and say that you are sorry but know that apologies don't always fix it. I mean as a girl I know that sometimes if you let to many things slide then guys just keep on walking all over her. so just pray and apologize if you are sincere and don't do it again!

you can say, I know I acted like a jerk a couple weeks ago and I truly regret some of the things I said and I would like for you to accept my sincere apology.If she still won't hear you then move on.

First of all, actions speak louder then words. If you have already apologized, you shouldn't have to do it again. Did you even wonder why she would be overreacting? It sounds to me like you have done everything you can so its her turn. Your 100% right, dont beg. When you see her just act friendly and casual. there is nothing else to do.

Actions speak louder than words. I would send her a letter with flowers... or an email. A gift, someone little (not to appear that you are buying your way out, but rather to show that you are taking extra effort and time to make it up and do something special)

What did you do?
If it was something terrible she is NOT over reacting.If it was some little offense, be glad and move on.You do NOT want a g/f who is going to beat you down for the rest of your life over every little offense because if you DO, do something really bad it will be on then.....for life!

you have already told her that you were sorry.
if she does not want to accept that, that is her choice.
why don't you just talk, not apologize again unless
you can make a specific apologiy AND mean it, including that you understand why she was hurt/angry.
And, BTW, saying 'i'm sorry" does not sound like begging.
Saying 'I'm sorry" over and over sounds boring, and meaningless.
