since they are now made healthy like organic and regular with no trans fat and i know its not bad to eat real food that has sugar or fat in it plus its not all saturated its a mix with alot of good fats. so what do you think?

Just because its organic doesn't make it healthy. The key I look for to know if the food is healthy is what nutritional value will it bring me? Anything made with enriched wheat is not a good choice that simply means they stripped it and added back vitamins/minerals usually less than what was in it to begin with. Empty calories are still empty calories no matter how fancy they sound.

No oreos are not good for you and they are definitely not organic. Trans fat has noting to do with organic. all Oreo cookies have are sugar and fat. Sugar turns to "bad" fat in your body.

A few cookies now and then won't kill you, but they certainly don't fall in the health food category.

they are not as bad as they were but still have sugar so l or 2 . with lowfat milk. mmmm
