Two weeks ago I had sex with my boss who is 47. He took me out for a drive in his new car after work, we ended up getting dinner at a hotel, ect... He looks much better dressed in a suit than he does naked and it sort of grosses me out that I actually had sex with him. I had a crush on him but his stomach is kinda big and he's hairy and his skin is just "loose" in a way.
My problem is that now he keeps coming on to me and wanting to "see me" again. He thinks its ok to touch me or say inappropriate things to me at work when nobody is around. I'm not rude to him but I keep telling him no and that I'm busy this weekend.
Should I find another job? I'm not really attached to this job anyway so it wouldn't be a big deal to leave but I do like my job because it's close to my college and pretty easy. Plus, it's good fieldwork experience.
I know I shouldn't have gotten involved with him in the first place but what do I do now?

Set up a recording device, or rig one in the room you have sex in. Make sure you say loud enough to be picked up on the audio as he climaxes "do I get the raise now boss?".
Then, take the tape to an attorney, file a sexual harrassment suit (only had sex because he said you'd get a raise) and you can make a few hundred thousand dollars, EASY!!

You are right you shouldn't have gotten involved with him in the first place but from my view you have two options:
One:Tell him the truth that you don't think it would be right to be sleeping with the boss just keep it professional
Two:You could leave the job
If you think you can still work with him than go for one.If not just leave you sound like a bright young women and should have no trouble finding another job hope i helped.

Well, since you had sex with him, he's thinkin you two are an item and has rights to act as such. Of course he wants to see you again... wouldn't you if you were him?
Your best bet is to find a new job. If you tell him you don't want to see him, he is very able to make working there a hell on earth.
Also, do your job search and find a new job before you let him know you're not interested in him. Otherwise he can give you a bad reference when people call your office/business.

Once that line has been crossed there is no way to really go backward.
Another job would probably be the best route at this point. Even if your muster up the courage to tell him that your no longer interested it will probably still be an uncomfortable situation.
During the time your finding another job, you might want to let him know that you don't feel comfortable with his advances during work hours. and of course stay away from him after work hours.

Are you serious? Seems to me that the only "loose" skin around the office is the one attached to your punani. What you need to do is say sorry to your boss for leading him on then tell him that you're going to be leaving so you can go work at another job and sleep with the boss there and destroy his life as well. Get a life!!

Unfortunately, one of three things will or has to occur.
#1. If he gets upset at you for not wanting to sleep with him again...He can make your job a hell on earth daily or even fire you for the littlest mistake.
#2. You should go to HR and report it as harassment. Sadly, You'll have to admit how it happened in the 1st place.
#3. Quit. Unless you want him to get more aggressive(and I promise he will), leaving will be the less dramatic way of ended this sloppy situation.

If you want to stay at the current job do this:
Ask to speak with him "candidly." Say that too "Candidly"
When you go to his office/an empty room you need to take control. Shut the door and ask him to sit down. Then tell him that what you did with him was just for fun and you didn't end up having that much fun. Tell him: "I need to focus on doing my job, not office romances." and " Please don't take this personally, but I don't want to have any relationship with you; emotionally or physically." and the finally "Thank you for understanding." Then you leave the room.
OR
If your too shy to do that- find a new job.

It probably wasn't the best idea for you to sleep with him and now that you have done so he is not gonna let it go because he believes youre into him now. Hate to say it sweetie but you might need to get a new job.

You really have no one but yourself to blame for this. :/ It's no wonder your boss is coming onto you still; I mean, you had sex for crying out loud! :/ The only way to settle this is to have a mature conversation with him about it, telling him that you're just not interested in him anymore and would rather get back to a 'work' relationship. Good luck!
