I am an mma fighter (muay thai, and bjj) and i want to know if there are any jobs in the army/marines that i can do to use my skills in. like teaching new recruits or somthing. and if so...what is the job called?

Yes, definatly.
My grandfather was in the army and trained new recruits in basic combat skills. You can utilize your muay thai and bjj into some kind of combat training position. Call them and ask them if they have any specific roles suitable for your situation.

In fact, I do Hapkido myself and my master taught the Korean Special Forces, Korean Police Recruits, as well as working as a bodyguard protecting Korean government officials.

There are many options out there, so just give the army a call and arrange an interview or something similar.

Their was a question very simular to this a month or so back so do a search as one of the answers was from a person that was very familiar with this and it had some very good info.

Its called Sargent. and it takes a while to get there.
The Army has to teach you to do it their way first and to learn how to take orders. Talk to a recruiter first to find the quickest way to the path you choose.
