whats YOUR opinion?....Everyone one from military intelligence up, involved with Abu Ghraib from 2003 until it's closure should be tried for crimes against humanity.

It will never happen. Bush will personally make sure that happens, just like Libby and Rove will never see a day in jail.
The pardoned list should be bigger than Bill's when GW leaves office.

Abu Ghraib was mostly about humiliating some of the prisoners. It was again about the non professional military treating people unprofessionally. It was corrected and lessons learned that you need the right people for the right job. Using weekend warriors in a war will have its problems. Time to move on to something new and something that really matters instead of press hype about naked men being humiliated.

Abu Ghraib? ive seen worse in high school hazings. All war is a crime against humanity. But some times there is no easy way out. An that's why we fight.

Get a life! What was done at Abu Ghraib was not as bad as what happened at my fraternity initiation. Crimes against humanity my ***! GROW UP!

Edit: Ron 4pre. The Bill of Rights is American law It is only in effect in the USA. It has not legal validity any where else in the world. Same for the US Civil Rights Bill. Have you ever heard the word Jurisdiction?

If I commit an act in NM that is legal here and that is illegal in New York, it is not a criminal act because New York has no jurisdiction in New Mexico. The same thing applies to IRAQ. We may be occupying them but we do not rule there so US law does not apply! Jesus where did you go to school? Sue for getting short changed of credible education.

unless youve seen war first hand i suggest you keep your opinions to yourself, firstly i dont suppose you would have the guts to serve in iraq or afgan so youll never know what war is like well let me tell you its grim bloody grim and life afterwards doesnt get any better.
during the first gulf war british special forces were held by iraqis and made to eat their own body waste as a spectical for the iraqi prison officers, they were systematically beaten and tortured yet i never heard any outcry for them.
so a few poor iraqis got beat up or photod in strange positions this is war, you do what you have to to degrade people to get them to give up information, so grow up and take the blinkers off.

personally, I saw nothing wrong with the humiliating pranks pulled at abu graib. Only thing they did wrong was film it.
I dont see chopping off American heads make you complain. Isnt that a crime against humanity in your little liberal washed brain
Like Jimmy Buffet says, be sure to floss everyday, mentally

I agree the Bill of Rights is in regard to all humanity and so is the Civil Rights Acts. Geneva Conventions are only in affect in war time. The Abu Gharib prisoners regardless of what ever diplomatic status have a right to a lawyer and a speedy trial. And if they are really terrorist than they will be punished accordingly by a judge and jury.

Decode this lyrics " Lost in love"
Is oppression and slavery with glory of idol worshiping the dead Mummy of failures and horrors of the past from the graveyards of different ghostly ancestor's culture and custom.
Getting kick on the butts as casualty of the dead Mummy in not worshiping God with total loss of our creator's universal gifts of life vital for the survival and advancement of living human kind.
Luke 9.55-56,60
Luke 6.39-40,41-45,46-49
