hmmm. this is an off question. Fats are Fats, your body needs fats to survive, but to much fat, can cause health issues.

Saturated fats (plant) and Unsaturate fats (animals) (this devision isnt 100%, but goes for 90%) are two different kinds of fat, the only real difference is that unsaturated fats are more easily stored by the body. making them unsuitible for a weightloss diet.

theyre not in such a way less healthy, as a not so wise choice hwen trying to loose weight. a little is never bad, to much always is.

unsaturated fats are healthier. they have been shown to actually reduce your cholesterol level

Definitely saturated fat. Don't quote me on this one... but I believe saturated fat is the type that solidifies and blocks arteries.
