You have to be a member to do this. You start a quest called Lost Tribe (I have done the quest) and use a pickaxe on the wall. It should break open if you have a high enough mining level. I highly recommend you bring a few candles in there because it is very dark.

you need to be a member and start the quest "lost tribe" you need to use a pick tool on it and it will lead you to goblin infested mining area. don't worry they wont bring you any harm. if you need any help on the quest go to http://runehq.com/ and look under member quests.
