I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine is
אני לדודי ודודי לי
Ani l'dodi v'dodi li.
This is from the Bible, Song of Solomon, 6:3
and is often said at Jewish weddings.
It is said the same way, whether a woman
is speaking to a man or a man to a woman.

steiner1745's answer gets the biblical verse correct. However, I disagree that it is the same for talking to a female. In the verse there, it is clear that it's a female speaking to a male. In theory, a male speaking of his female beloved would say:

אני לדודתי ודודתי לי
ani le dodati vedotati li

However, that form is not actually found in the bible and would sound strange in modern-day Israeli Hebrew ('doda' in Israeli Hebrew means 'aunt'!). In theory, in Israeli Hebrew you could say:

אני לאהובי ואהובי לי
ani le-ahuvi ve-ahuvi li (talking to a male)

and

אני לאהובתי ואהובתי לי
ani le-ahuvati ve-ahuvati li (talking to a female)

but then that would sound weird because people would wonder why you're not using the biblical verse.

Look for copies of Victoria and David Beckhams tattoos. Hers is down the back of her neck, his is on his arm. That is was there tattoos say.

I can't find a link for the men's version.
Good luck.
