Not bad for a prison...I can decorate it how I like, change it however I want, and it takes me where I want to go.

Not a prison, a vessel. Although this stage of our life is but a small one, and the human body is weak enough that it can certainly seem that way sometimes...
People say about looking how you please etc, these things all superficial... Thing of the things that could be accomplished if we had no need to eat, to sleep etc etc. World hunger gone instantly, things accomplished sooner... Although small in those comparisons; No more late work from sleeping past the alarm ;).

No, your body is the vehicle for your spirit. We are not human beings having a spiritual experience - we are spiritual beings having a human experience. This body is our home for a short time. We have the freedon of choice so how could be in a "prison".

In a sense because before your soul gets out you have to go through a lot of bad things which will either be long and painful or just quick and short.
