No! That's about as realistic as the idea that wanking will make you grow hair on your palms. What it will do is increase the amount of estrogen in your body, which can lead to low sperm counts and low libido.
Use as much as you want, we're not in any danger.

I've used it for a couple years and haven't noticed it making the pit hair growth more or faster.

No, I've used it for some time and I'm still in and no that's not true. And chemically if you check it does not have Methylchloroisthozaoilinone (an ingredient in shampoos) which is said to make your hair grow faster.

yes it does make you hair grow. try rubbing it on your face, or bald spot
