I see we've actually had the 'Guns don't kill people' mantra repeated here.
Yeah, but they HELP, don't they? You have to figure they are at least peripherally involved in the US having 30,000 homicides where other first-world countries have 300.

Defending yourself and fighting in a war doesn't make anyone a gunlover.
I have owned guns all my life and have never fired a shot at anyone.
GUNS don't kill people, people do.
Btw, during WW II the Japanese were afraid to invade the US.
Why? To many guns.
And when guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.

He makes Christians and Jesus look foolish. We are commanded to "burn out evil from your midst" in Dueteronomy 13. Those who stand by while evil is commited is just as guilty as those who commit the act. It has nothing to do with guns.

Then why did he join the military? If you join the military you should follow orders or be shot. You can't can't chicken out like that after volunteering.
