This blister is huge, it wont go away soon enough for the interview. Its been so long since I've had one (I take valtrex everyday). Just my luck.

Should I go to the interview or cancel it and reschedule? Do you think its gross to go to an interview w/ a fever blister?

This is my second interview with this place and its my dream job (3D imaging, hard to get into in healthcare). So I wonder if I should just act like its not there and be confident, or reschedule when I can look my best?

I've interviewed lots of folks and a fever blister would not hamper my opinion of them - the important thing is whether or not they're qualified and come across both positively and with the personality that would fit with my group. I agree that Abreva - and there's another more liquid version that's available in the Midwest - will likely help shrink it so that it's not as big and doesn't hurt as much. Just don't let that little thing shake your confidence!
Good luck on the interview.

I'd say just keep taking Valtrex and go to the interview. You didn't have a cold sore for the first interview, so they know what you look like without a cold sore. And honestly, you really have nothing to lose, since you definitely won't get the job if you don't go to the second interview at all. Just ignore the cold sore and do your best at the interview.

I got clinically diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about six years ago, when I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video everything changed https://tr.im/herpesTreatment2015CDIV

Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams. This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

You can try using Abreva, it's probably the best thing over the counter right now, it may make it better enough in time not to be so noticeable. If I were hiring someone, I wouldn't be worried about a cold sore, I'd want them to be qualified for the job (then again, not all may feel that way).

Abreva is expensive, but it the best thing out there without getting a prescription.
