You can but you would probably get board with that diet real quick. I have found that I have to eat a variety of foods to really be satisfied.

Well Technically avocado's have the healthy fats that you want and plenty of fruits have complex carbs If you ate a variety of different types of fish, and diff fruits and veggies it could be an ideally healthy Diet. You might want to think about adding nuts and bread though, for fat and carbs. Except for avocado's I can't think of where you would get good sources of fat. It's not just possible but it's a really good diet as long as you get fat, grapes potatos diff citrus fruits all have natural sugars and complex carbs so you'll get plenty of carbs as long as you eat alot of them.

oo olives have unsaturated fat.

Yes you can. People have been doing it for years. Why do you think it is recommended that we now eat 5-9 servings of fruit a day. They are the single most import food group we should be eating.

You need grains for carb content. You don't need meat at all. You can and will get all the proteins and fats you need if you eat a variety of vegetables.

Yes, but you are missing out on fiber and valuable B-vitamins that are found in whole grain breads and pastas. You will probably not have a lot of energy, either.

Yeah. It's totally possible! Maybe a little bread/wheat to that. maybe a dab of sugar for a extra taste!

You can get sick on a no carb diet.. that has been proven with all the sick people that were on strict Adkin's diets. You need carbs for energy. your only getting protein and vitamins.. you need a well balanced diet to grow and stay healthy.
