Local anesthesia wears off by being picked up by the blood and taken away . Increasing the blood flow may help. You could try some active exercise to increase the heart rate. If too active, you may actually reduce blood flow in the mouth area because blood would be diverted to the muscles that are really working hard eg. if running, the blood may be diverted to leg muscles

It attached to pain nerves based on their firing, so I'd recomend getting it to wear off of one area by causing pain in another, IE spraining your ankle will pull the effects of the novacaine away from your mouth.

The only problem is that because of the distance rolloff, the further away the secondary pain is the more pain must be inflicted to make the medicine travel. The above example is inacurate: you'd probably need to do more than sprain it to get much feeling back in your jaw.
