The How Do I Love Thee quote is from Elizabeth Barrett Browning's classic poem "How Do I Love Thee" from Sonnets from the Portuguese. That's a really good one.

"All mankind love a lover." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Shakespeare's Sonnet 130 is also pretty classic. Although it doesn't speak highly of his lover in a traditional manner, the way it finishes is beautiful.

My favorite is from one of my favorite movies, a tragic, romantic and kind of twisted love story. "The luckiest man to walk this earth is he who finds true love." Bram Stokers Dracula

From 'The Wedding Date', "I'd rather fight with you then make love with anyone else any day." I can't really think of any others right now...

It is better to have loved and lost
than never to have loved at all.

"How do I love thee, let me count the ways..."

Right now I can't remember who said it, but it's well known.
