I'm reading this as which person most NEEDS shoes, or rather needs a better looking pair of shoes, or 20.
I don't have a good answer. I have several snotty answers, but no real good ones in that I can't name names I can only generalize.
I'll go with the general tide and say the fundies are probably most in need of fashion help.

I don't shoe shop with friends, and when I go for shoes, I already know what ones I am going to get, so I just have to walk in a buy them.

For God's sake don't pick me. Shoe shopping with a woman is like a whirling cyclone of despair sucking out my non-existent soul. That's how strong it is...you know cause it can suck out something that ain't even there and stuff.

I love to play dress up!
Back when I had money (before my current GF) I would take a fairly normal looking girl to Hot Topic and try and transform her into something I found attractive.
It works best when you are already in a happy relationship because then it really can be just as friends.

Of course it would be my best friend Rayne who recently joined. Hopefully it would calm her down a bit. She's proud of the fact that she's a sarcastic nymphomaniac, and the proof is that I'm not lying on the floor right now. Yes she's sitting right next to me.
