Go with the first poster's answer. Jostens makes the best military rings. I looked at many different manufacturers. AAFES is the worse quality I found. The ones for $50 and under have a hollow back, instead of solid.

My husband and I, and many Vet friends have purchased many things from D&G Enterprises online. This company has been in business for years and the owner is a Vet himself. There are many items for current military, and also for you the wife. On my car I have a front plate that says Proud Wife of a Vet. Also, any military magazine should have reliable products for sale. We get a magazine called Vietnam. My husband is an Army combat Vet from the Vietnam war serving in 70-71 with the 31st Combat Eng.

My husband found an Army ring by accident at an antique store. He keeps it on his right ring finger and it is as important to him as his wedding ring.

The best gift of love is you...you are waiting for him, you are there for him, you love him unconditionally, you are the one he can count on, YOU are the one he most wants to see when he comes home.

Thank him for me, thank him for serving our Country, and tell him "Welcome Home"!

this one is kind of pricey but it's a very classic army look http://shop.jostens.com/Product.asp?Add=Y&CID=260146&PFID=2006031407193482340&GID=14342&PID=200603140719

this is cheaper depending on the style, but it still looks nice http://www.walmart.com/catalog/catalog.gsp?cat=133005

personally, i think this one will get you the most for your money!http://www.soldiercity.com/product-exec/product_id/15468

Good luck! I'm sure whatever you get him, he'll love anyways.
