i am a 38D and i weigh like 127lbs. how can i stop people from sayin that i had work done when that isn't the case

About all you can do, is ignore them..
The worst part is the guys, who talk to them instead of looking at me.....

Look, dont be concerned about what others think if it isnt positive. As long as you know what is the truth, then it shouldnt matter. Tell them things that would contradict all possibility of having work done and then they will believe you, or tell them that having big breasts are in your family, or just dont have a conversation about it.

You can't. Unless you want to pop out your girls and let them be examined to prove your point. But this isn't exactly lady like, so they will just have to take your word for it. Frankly, they shouldn't be talking about them anyway.
