first off i'm a little confused by this sentence "i am 10 and a half stone please help me lose weight " what is 10 and a half stone???????
as far as your weight goes, a few facts to help you on your way. It takes 3500 calories to loose one pound of fat. you need to get online and search basal burn calculator. This will tell you how many calories your body burns without you doing anything on a daily basis. I suggest doing at least 30 mins of cardio a day, every day, m-f!!! if you got time, do an hour. but only do like 30mins, brisk walk, then 30 mins of olipitcal or stair stepper. its best to change it up. also if your going to start running, do it periods. run for 2 mins, walk 5mins somthing like that. its supposed to help you burn fat quicker. cut out all your fast food, and junk food. substitute with carrots yogurt, fruit, veggies. stuff like that. try eating small meals more often. this way you will keep your metabolism up high as you loose weight. i've also listed a website that will help you on tracking your loss. good luck
