I'm marrying an Atheist. He doesn't push any of his "non beliefs" on me so I'm fine with it.

Back in my stupid, gullible early adult years, I dated a guy at college who was, I would term, more Agnostic than Atheist. I do have hope for him, though.

He mentioned that he highly respected his younger brother, who is a devout Christian.

That was 1980.
I am prayerful that Michael has come to know the Lord by now.

I don't know; I don't make my dates trot out all their beliefs before the soup course has even arrived.

Furthermore, why would it matter? Not every Christian is a wonderful person and not every atheist or agnostic is a jerk. I've met too many Christians who talk the talk and don't walk the walk. Our current imperial leader springs to mind.

An Athiest would deny we had a ralationship and an Agnostic would acknowledge that there is something but wouldn't be able to put a name to it!!!

No point to it really!!!
