That is one of the first guilt
trips that a prospective preacher learns to keep his
flock IN LINE. I resent that
implication for any pastor to
send Jesus thru anyone's home to look for things He
should condemn. That's not
what Jesus does. He is NOT
looking for everyone's faults,
He is looking for a people to
LOVE.
Any church that teaches this
kind of a gospel is false. They
are only preaching sin and guilt to their members day and night. It is unbiblical and
deadly.

Honestly? I can't think of anything. Our huge porn collection is well-hidden.
No, I'm kidding. We don't have a porn collection. Maybe my husband does, but that's fine. He's not a Christian, after all. And as long as it's out of sight, I'm not going to say anything about it.
However if Jesus came in right this minute, I'd be totally embarrassed as to how my house looks. I didn't clean yesterday or today, other than giving the bathroom a once over, the dishes, and taking out the garbage. It's hard for me to clean when my husband's home, as he has been the last two days. I tend to get lazy.

I can honestly say nothing. He doesn't even have to go into my house(though He always could if He wanted to). He knows everything that is seen and everything that is unseen. Nothing is hidden from Him. Now I'm not saying I'm perfect, but I constantly ask Jesus to search me and make me aware of anything not pleasing, and that needs to go, and He is faithful to do so and take care of me. I'm also so thankful to know that He already knows everything. He knows everything I have or will have. That knowledge makes it easier for me to be accountable, to repent when needed, and to get rid of anything that needs to go. When you honestly know you can't hide from God, it's easier to walk in the light.

The mess lol
I wouldn't hide it but I'd be embarrassed by it ... I meant to tidy up today and didn't because I didn't sleep well last night, so I napped on and off today.
I wouldn't want Jesus to think me lazy lol, but that'd be true of anyone who rang my bell

Nothing, Jesus lives in my house . He lives in my body and therefore wherever I go , even inside of my own house, He is always present.

My messiness. I am absolutely horrid at housekeeping. Yes it embarrasses me but I am a slave to my medication and the disease it treats. i find that being messy is less evil than not taking my meds in order to clean but then having to shoot someone for torquing me off.

I have nothing to hide.
He would see my Bibles around the computer and in my bedroom.
I might wish it were a little cleaner for Him.
However, Jesus looks at your heart.
He would be blind to everything but the love in my home.
