Walkers: What are the pros & cons of 3-wheeled walkers, with a seat?

Any personal experiences welcome, as well!

Pro: they are easier to maneuver in tight places
Con: they are easier to tip over so I wouldnt recommend to someone who is weak all-around
Pro: they tend to be cheaper than 4-wheel devices
Con: they tend to be cheaper (not made as well, can break easier)
Pro: easier to transport in cars or buses
