it doesn't say how much senseless violence is in it.

if there isn't any, then the movie is trash.

I thought it was interesting. The first part of the movie is a good introduction to the esoteric facts of religion, but I would recommend reading more about it to come to a better understanding. There is a lot more to it than that, but it is in fact true. People who want to deny it are not wanting to know they truth but only satisfy themselves with feel good emotions.

I thought the first twenty minutes made me laugh so hard at all the inaccuracies, I couldn't be bothered to watch the rest.

I figure it's a bad sign when a movie that calls itself a documentary has nothing but lies in the first twenty minutes.
