It's certainly possible and does happen. Killed by a rapist, erotic asphyxiation gone bad just to name a couple. Folks on CSI and Law and Order SVU (which are loosely based on real stories) die from sex every day.

a few tears ago a friend got caught cheating on 3 girls so they tied him up & and had sex with him for 3 hours he almost died of dehydration. they took turns the whole time.
I think the 4th hour would have killed him.

That's like death by eating. The eating/sex doesn't kill them...it's something that is caused by these activities that does. i.e Heart attack...works for both I guess.
