God doesn't have a human consciousness. God does not think, judge, intervene, bless or condemn. God simply "is", and we're a part of that.

Yes of course, it's a way of doing good, remembering God, cause I guess that means that you love him if you think of him. God is all powerful, he knows everything, even when you're remembering him.
