i work graveyard shift and im a stocker/cashier. i am on my feet 4 most of that time and have 2 lift boxes. im just wondering is that cuz i lift wrong and how can i make it not hurt so much/at all?? it makes it hard 2 sleep

When u lift boxes or any wight ... balance it . don't lean one side.
posture is also important when u sit or stand. Try to sit when u don't need to stand. There are some exercise for back,... find in the google.If it is very bad try to see doctor or psycal therapy will help u. wish u feel beter soon.

Lift everything with your legs and not your back. You have a weak back and a disc could be deteriated or herniated. You may need to put a pillow between your legs if you sleep on your side. Put pillows under your knees if you lay on your back.

Now, you'll say I'm crazy but I rebuke pain the moment I feel it in my body. I speak Scripture to it, like - "No weapon formed against me shall prosper." Pain is from the devil. I had a lumbar laminectomy operation 28 years ago for 2 deteriated disks.

Learn to only lift with your legs or don't lift at all.
