I've heard that men who have brown eyes are likely to be mean to women. Is this true?

I've heard that brown eyes are proof that someone is full of she-it.
That makes more sense than brown-eyed men being mean.
However...since brown is the most common eye-color, it stands to reason that in any cross-section of SOB's, there will, in fact, be more brown-eyed ones than any other color.
