If you ask for a semi or demi permanent colour, they will understand.

Usually, Its Just Called Semi-Permanent Or Temporary Color But There Are Many Different Types/Products Out There. 'Glazing' Or A 'Color Gloss' Is A Color Technique "Cellophanes" Or "Jazzing" Are A 'Brand' Of Coloring Just Explain That You Don't Want "Permanent" Color And See What Options They Offer.

Depends what is it that u get done. Semi permanent is a temporary one that washes of after like 8-10 hair washes.

Permenant hair colour does not wash off, it has to grow out. So non permentant is a colour which gradually washes out over a short period of time.
