Why do people believe Catholics worship Mary!?!? They honor her but do not worship her. No Christian religion worship women because they believe it evil. That's why I am not Christian! It was a religion made by man to put men in charge!

I would like to know where you get yout "facts" as you have been sorely misled. there are many people who like to offer lies and half truths to make themselves seem smarter or better and it seems you've been victim to them.
Catholics understand Mary IMO better then most denominations. They understand the whole - Honour thy Mother and the fact (yes biblical fact) that MAry was told her soul too a sword shall pierce so that she may know the thoughts of many. God chose her - not me, not you not anyone else but God.
may I ask what is a "born again" to be exact? someone that has given up their lives to God? someone that has thusly been baptized in Christ?! gracious - you can't even BE a Catholic without 1) understanding the relationship you musthave with Christ 2) be baptized in Christ 3) be faithful to the teachings of God through Christ. Sounds like a Catholic to me! sadly, while some have since walked away and do not act like Catholics i guess they are just fine since most "born agains" believe that - once saved always saved. that's one of the things of the Catholic church that DOES differ - we are taught through scriptures no less - that once you are saved in Christ - you must walk the walk and DO - verb action charity loving giving DOING for one another instead of just talking the talk.

You fail obviously to grasp the wide distinction between veneration and worship. I am a life-long Catholic and I do not recall ever "worshiping" the Blessed Virgin. The idea that Catholics purportedly worship Mary is merely a sleazy fundamentalist slur of a sort to be expected of poorly educated religious demagogues. As to your supposed question,no, I have never felt emasculated to pronounce the Hail Mary or light a votive candle.

How is it unmanly to honor women?
Women are beautiful creations of God, equal in dignity to men. Different then men, yes, but equally beautiful in their own creation.
We do not worship Mary. We honor mary. She is like a pane of glass through which God shines His light on the world. She is the door through which God entered into our fallen world. She is the mother of God. We have never said she was God, nor equal to God. She is a creation just like we are.
God saved her by preserving her from sin, she is saved by Jesus's act on the cross just as we are. How is this so? Lets use this illustration: you may pull a man out of a hole he has fallen into, or you may preserve him from falling into the hole in the first place. The former is us, the latter is Mary. Jesus applied his redemptive act on the cross to Mary before she was conceived. How? his redemptive act (dying on the cross) is universally applied to those whom died before and after the act. It was an act that existed outside of time because Christ was God. That is how those holy people whom died before Christ came were able to obtain heaven.
It is a false sense of manliness, nay, a false sense of humanity even better, not to honor that which is true, good and beautiful.

One thing that a real man would never do is commit SLANDER against over a billion people, regarding their religious beliefs and practices.
YOU are the one who looks bad by maliciously LYING about Catholics worshiping Mary.

Someone informed you wrongly. Catholics do not worship Mary. She has a special place in our hearts and respect, like all parents should. Immense love of a woman does not in any way make you less of a man, in my opinion.

Mary is a familiar figure to most people who know anything about Christianity. The Scriptures relate that Almighty God particularly blessed this young woman by choosing her to be the mother of Jesus. Jesus’ birth was unique in that Mary was a virgin when she conceived him. Certain churches of Christendom have long reserved a special veneration for Mary. In 431Â C.E., the Council of Ephesus proclaimed her “Mother of God,” and today many people are taught to pray to her
Many who pray to Mary have been taught that blessings can be gained by the repetition of set formulas—prayers such as the Hail Mary, Our Father, and others. For Catholics, “the most widespread form of Marian devotion [that is, devotion to Mary] is without doubt the rosary,” says the book Symbols of Catholicism. The rosary is a religious exercise in honor of the Virgin Mary. The term also refers to the string of beads used to count prayers. “Five sets of ten beads, separated by an individual bead,” explains the same book, “are an invitation to fifty recitations of ‘Hail Mary’, five of ‘Our Father’, and five of ‘Glory be to the Father.’”
The fact that the Scriptures do not teach Christians to pray to Mary in no way implies a lack of respect for the role she played in the outworking of God’s purposes. The blessings that come through her Son will be to the eternal benefit of all obedient mankind. “All generations will pronounce me happy,” Mary herself stated. And her cousin Elizabeth said that Mary was “blessed . . . among women.” Indeed, she was. It was a wonderful privilege for Mary to be chosen to bear the Messiah.—Luke 1:42, 48, 49.
Mary was a faithful follower of Jesus. She was present on various occasions during his earthly ministry and also at his death. After Jesus’ resurrection she was “persisting in prayer” with Jesus’ brothers.

One who truly knows God would never worship any creature.
Catholics know God better than anyone, since they enjoy the most intimate relationship with Jesus that's possible, this side of heaven.
Truly knowing Jesus, we also know his mom ... and we know her very, very well.
And so we should, because by virtue of our baptism, we're all part of the same family of God, and Mary is also our mom, by adoption.
And while worship is reserved for God alone, love knows no bounds.
Nothing at all unmanly about that!

As someone who was raised Catholic, I can assure you that Catholics do NOT worship Mary, the Pope, saints, or anyone other than the Trinity. Thus, the rest of your question is null.
