The Lord is the only judge as an Orthodox Christian I know I can not tell anyone that they are going to Heaven or Hell.

Orthodox what? Christian?
There are lots of things you have to do in order to be saved. Read the New Testament.
You have to be baptised
You have to eat Jesus's flesh and drink his blood.
You have to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
You have to obey the moral aspects of the Law.
You have to have the apostles or their modern successors not retain your sins.

I think the only thing you have to do to be saved is accept Jesus as your Savior,repent of ur sin, and turn away from Sin, and follow God.
