A pirate walks into a bar with a large ship's wheel shoved down the front of his pants. Paying it no mind, he walks up to the bar and orders a drink.
After pouring him some rum, the bartender asks "I don't mean to pry, but are you aware you have a ship's wheel down your pants?"

If it's got an airbag then it's really not worth going to the expense of having the wheel removed to fix it. It might be worth squirting a shot of WD40 into the gap between the wheel and the plastic trim of the dashboard but it's something you're probably going to have to live with.
