Yes, it's called "a choice" if you can call that a price, because happiness, true happiness is a choice, believe it or not.

yes some times but i do believe that when god close a door he open a window
& if so then all the rich ppl is happy

It depends on what makes you happy.
I am normal happy about every little good thing that happens to me and even if it isnt that good i try and find something good that can come out of it. So happiness for me doesnt cost anything but a little of my time to find something happy in it.
