I have been using Anchor Bar sauce for my Wings and Bits. I life the Duff's style sauce better. Does anyone know how Duff's makes their wing sauce?

Buffalo sauce it made up of mainly two ingredients, butter and hot sauce. The amounts of each vary. For my own I use:

- 3-1 ratio hot sauce to butter
- couple of shakes of cayenne
- tsp of red wine vinegar

I've done a search for Duff's Buffalo wing sauce recipe but didn't have much luck.

However, I can tell you that my favorite hot sauce to use for Buffalo wings is Frank's Hot Sauce. It has the perfect ratio of pepper to vinegar flavor. If you like your wings more spicy, use Frank's Hot Sauce as the base & add a few dashes of a stronger hot sauce or red chili flakes.

Just like everyone else, I'm not sure of Duff's recipe. BUT the one I know for the sauce is some butter, Frank's Red Hot, and some onion powder. Adjust the butter for milder or hotter sauce.

No I dont know how they do it but an excellent and easy sauce I make is 1 bottle Red Hot, 1 stick of butter, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper to taste. Deep fry frozen wings, soak in sauce (the longer you soak the hotter) then place under broiler til crispy, turning thruout. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dip and celery sticks. Really easy but tastes better than any wings I have eaten!
