Hi...me here...

The word The Hebrew word for Hell is She'ol which means man's common grave.

So therefore Adam did not go to hell as depicted "Fire and Brimstone"

He just died and was buried.

Yes Adam is in Hell, *** it-1 p. 1086 Hell ***

HELL

A word used in the King James Version (as well as in the Catholic Douay Version and most older translations) to translate the Hebrew she’ohl′ and the Greek hai′des. In the King James Version the word “hell” is rendered from she’ohl′ 31 times and from hai′des 10 times. This version is not consistent, however, since she’ohl′ is also translated 31 times “grave” and 3 times “pit.” In the Douay Version she’ohl′ is rendered “hell” 64 times, “pit” once, and “death” once.

In 1885, with the publication of the complete English Revised Version, the original word she’ohl′ was in many places transliterated into the English text of the Hebrew Scriptures, though, in most occurrences, “grave” and “pit” were used, and “hell” is found some 14 times. This was a point on which the American committee disagreed with the British revisers, and so, when producing the American Standard Version (1901) they transliterated she’ohl′ in all 65 of its appearances. Both versions transliterated hai′des in the Christian Greek Scriptures in all ten of its occurrences, though the Greek word Ge′en‧na (English, “Gehenna”) is rendered “hell” throughout, as is true of many other modern translations.

Adam was a perfect man, & perfect people don't get 2nd chances.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) 5 For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten.

(Ecclesiastes 3:18-21) . . .I, even I, have said in my heart with regard to the sons of mankind that the [true] God is going to select them, that they may see that they themselves are beasts. 19 For there is an eventuality as respects the sons of mankind and an eventuality as respects the beast, and they have the same eventuality. As the one dies, so the other dies; and they all have but one spirit, so that there is no superiority of the man over the beast, for everything is vanity. 20 All are going to one place. They have all come to be from the dust, and they are all returning to the dust. 21 Who is there knowing the spirit of the sons of mankind, whether it is ascending upward; and the spirit of the beast, whether it is descending downward to the earth. . .

this is the desteny of all living creatures except a choosen number that will Go to heaven to rule with the Christ over the ressurected ones
(Revelation 20:6) . . .Happy and holy is anyone having part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no authority, but they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him for the thousand years.

Of course, if hellfire were the punishment for disobedience, God would have told Adam so. So, what did God tell Adam? What was the warning beforehand? Genesis 2:16-17: You can eat from any tree you like. But as for this one particular tree, eat from it and you will die. No mention here of tormenting hellfire.

What pronouncement did God make once Adam disobeyed? Genesis 3:19: Dust you are and to dust you will return. So, Adam was dust. That's where he went. Where was Adam before he was created? Nowhere. He did not exist. Where is he now? Nowhere. He no longer exists.

What about the sacrifice of Jesus? Jesus' ransom sacrifice does not cover the deliberate sin of Adam and Eve. Jesus' sacrifice is for their offspring who were born into sin without any fault of their own.

Adam did not go to hell. Hell is the common grave of mankind, no more and no less. Acts tells us that even Jesus went to hell when he died. But man is resurrected from hell - the common grave. Adam, however, does not merit a resurrection. Adam returned to the dust and he has no existence whatsoever and never will again.

No. Adam would not be in Hell. Adam was immediatly sorry for what he did. He was ashamed, but still had to be punished, so God sent him out of the Garden. God "Covered" Adam and Eve's sin with the first animal sacrifice. Remember, God made them clothes out of animal skins? God actually did the first animal sacrifice, so their sin was atoned for. I imagine Adam would have been in Paradise when he died, just like all the other souls who were there when Jesus descended there, and preached to them. Then, they were taken up with Jesus to Heaven. And Paradise is now in Heaven, and that's where righteous people's souls go now when they die. Since Adam's sin was atoned for, then he would be among them. amen?

if adam believed God when he told him that a deliverer would come to stomp on the head of the serpent(satan) then he can be in heaven but he had to have faith that God would do as he promised

I highly doubt he did since he talked with God. God sent Jesus to pay for sins, all.. past, present and future. It would be pretty irrational for him to believe if God was right there with him.
