I've read that rosemary & sage are good for darkening gray hair.

Sage and Thyme Shampoo Recipe

1. Rosemary Shampoo 8oz. (you can also use your favorite shampoo but we recommed the Rosemary shampoo because Rosemary also has hair darkening properties, plus it increases blood circulation to the hair follicles. This stimulates hair growth and renewal).

2. 24 drops of Sage Essential Oil (3 drops per shampoo ounce).

3. 16 drops of Thyme Essential Oil (2 drops per shampoo ounce).

you can prepare your herbal oil if you have Patience.I would tell tell u simple ways to prepare herbal oil .take dried mandara flowers i mean hibiscus .u can get them in market or also buy the powder it self . boil coconut oil and put this powder in to it let i boil for some time about 10 to 20 min on low flame .and you will see that the colour of oil would change to slight reddish colour.keep applying this oil it is very effective
