Your question is vague.
Are you saying that you can call the house, hear the phone ringing in your phone but people in the house cannot hear it? In this case, chances are pretty good that the phone is faulty or the interior wiring is faulty. The root cause has to be determined by further testing.
Or, are you saying you want to dial a call so that you can call some location, but not have the phone ringer actually ring? The only reason for doing this is that you do not want others in the house to answer and you will have prearranged to have someone answer at a given time. This cannot be done.

sounds like a fault on the line or poss on the house phone. when house phone picked up is there a dial tone. or if you want it so that if anyone calls you your phone does not ring, either turn the ringer off on the phone or unplug it.

fault in the phone prolly, if it was in the wirering you couldnt be able to call out.
