Smart Atheists only please, who think they know it all?
Do you have a proof you are alive? or even ever been born? Do you have a proof?
You could be just part of the Matrix and you are delusion of it!
If you are so sure of other religion and their beliefs! shouldn't you at least be sure of what or who you Are!

Atheists insult others all the time, and keep asking others to prove there is a God. But, when someone ask them a question. It gets deleted.
Why Atheist can make fun of others, and they get defensive if they can't answer?
You are here and alive, and you can't prove who you are. How can you claim there is no God if you can't prove what you are?

This just proves it. There is no freedom of speech. or, does it mean you can dish it out, but you can't take it?

The answers did taught me a lot. More than what the members intended.

evil libra, this was one of the addition I added to my question
"Thank you All. I love it. You made my day, Maybe my year. Still waiting, but still, I Love you all."

I thank them, and said I love them. That was my reaction to the answers. Now, it makes me sick how some people are just too childish when they can't handle what they are faced with.

This is outrageous. I can't believe you would say such things. You should be ashamed.

I guess that leaves me out. I'm a small 'a' atheist and know that I do not know 'it all'.

But if I may. All proof is not equal. Evidence for a claim should be equal to the claim itself for a reasonable and rational person to accept it as proof.

While I can't prove any of those within the confines of a 'beginners philosophy' classroom we all make certain assumptions or else why not simply quit work, stop eating and sit in the park until we expire?

I would argue instead that I have more evidence of being alive and being born than you will find to support the existence of the matrix and even less to support the existence of much of what is contained in religious belief.

But I hope you do realize that you have made an argument against religious belief and against the existence of god.

Do you have proof? Do you even have evidence? Of course not. I can in fact in a step by step comparison of available evidence present more evidence to support a claim that I created the universe than you can that god created it. Up to the challenge?

"If you can prove it. Your are welcome to it. You have the floor. Go ahead!" Is this directed at me?

Probably got deleted because it's combative and it asserts several negative things about a wide group of people. Just a guess.

I also disagree with you. It's true that no one can prove their experiences are real, like the Matrix, or the classic "brain in a jar," but that is different than proving God or Evolution to be true. It's a different category. We all have to assume that we can trust our senses to some degree before trusting our observations of the world.

Also, asking someone to prove what they are asserting as true (that God is real, in your case) is NOT an insult. It is the responsibility of everyone to support their beliefs, and irresponsible to have beliefs which cannot be supported.

first of all, you can claim no moral high ground whatsoever - Christians report/delete things they don't like all the time.

You also criticize only athiests insulting others; but ignore blatant Christian insults of others - not just atheists but all non-Christians. Christians routinely tell non-Christians that they are going to hell, that they supposedly serve an evil being, etc - which are far, far worse things to say (let alone believe) than anything I have seen an athiest call a Christian.

And lastly, the 'Matrix' bit - no one has proof of anything, ultimately - only what our senses tell us. Any of us, christian, atheist or other - could be deluded by a 'Matrix' and not know it. All any of us can do is weigh the evidence for ourselves.

Um, because you're criticizing atheists with a blanket statement that may not apply to all of them. Atheists need to defend themselves and that's how they do it.

Also, it's a dumb question. Of course you can prove that you exist while you're unable to prove that God exists. No one has actually seen him lately. Get over it and believe what you want. Leave atheists alone or try making a more valid point.

um, ive had my fair share of questions deleted. and they were not directed towards atheists. so you seem to have a persecution complex going on.

furthermore. i can bring you my birth certificate, and possibly the video of my birth.

what more proof do u want? would u like to speak to the doctor there? or my mother who went into labor?

~.^

in all reality, you cannot prove you dont owe me a billion dollars. does that mean you do?

This is a very stupid question. I am typing at my computer, that is fairly good evidence to me, that I am alive.

God, however is not here, and is not typing or doing anything else.

I have more evidence for me existing than I do for God existing. I also have more evidence that I exist than I have evidence that you exist...so I will trust my opinions over those of a possibly nonexistent computer entity.

Prove that I can't prove that you can't prove that I can't prove that you can prove that I......

You demand PROOF of ANYTHING?

YOU? You have failed to provide proof of your beliefs....and now you demand PROOF????

PS: No sweat....Sometimes questions get deleted because they're simply too moronic.
