I've noticed it as well. Everything I say in the morning seems to be a 1up-5down sort of comment, but if it were at 11pm, it'd be the opposite.

I dominate the hours I'm at work; I'd never waste my OWN time on this forum. So I see the fundie lunatics hard at it when I come in; and then I start to see the atheists filter in when I'm getting ready to leave. It's true. Although there are obviously always examples of each at any given time.

I have done some very unscientific sampling ..grabbing the first 10 to 15 questions on the board..I find Atheists to be the majority most any time, followed by Christians, Pagans..Jews and Muslims seem to be in the minority.
If your observations are correct..Maybe the Fundamentalist are earlier risers than average?

it changes up and down as the day goes on and what day of the week it is-is easy to tell though-just see who is getting thumbed down the most-i have seen that early morning here england is still on board and the atheist are in majority but it quickly changes as america starts waking up--think you could get a government grant to study the time patterns of this-we spend money on much worse things and then you would be paid to laugh at all the answers posted here--keep smiling and enjoy the day

I haven't noticed a pattern actually. Although on some days there seems to be more of one or the other.

Well my Lord Protector:
I haven't discerned a pattern yet because it really seems like it depends on what kind of questions one is asking--sometimes only atheists will answer some questions while only Christians will answer others--other times its Smack Down.

It's You, because I see the Atheist Fundies dominating in the morning and in the evening the Christians have it.
Ans I have been doing this for over a year now

I have noticed that too!
Right at about 1-2pm each day (Central Standard Time USA)
I start to say "this is rediculous and pointless" - I try to
find more humorous things to participate in - I don't want to
waste my breath.
I tend to get more sarcastic for a while, then quit.

Good point - I hadn't noticed, but I think you're right. Maybe it's a question of eastern time and the deep south? They're up earlier than everybody else.

I'm not sure whether to take your question literally or metaphorically. Literally, no, I haven't seen any such pattern so far. Metaphorically...well, it is actually a rather good metaphor.
