No,
It was not because of Constantine. It was because the books that made it in were used across Christendom, whereas the majority of the "denied" books were regional writings.

Jude 1:14 says that Enoch was a true prophet. Yet the Book of Enoch is excluded from the Bible. So the Bible is missing some legitimate prophecies and is, at best, incomplete. An omniscient god would not have made such a careless mistake when assembling his holy word. Enoch contradicts Genesis in a number of places, so it would make sense to exclude it and delete that single extraneous verse in the approved book of Jude. Even a mediocre human editor would not have made such a mistake.

Constantine had died long before the final canon of the Bible was recognised in 397 A.D. Constantine had nothing to do with it at all.Why didn't the other books make it? For the same reason Dan Brown 's book and Mark Twain's books didn't make it.Fantasies and falsehood.

The Emperor Constatine hosted a little conference to finally, once and for all, figure out what the official set of books should be. There were a number of competing books and interpretations. So, at the Counsel of Niceae, in the mid-300's, church fathers came together to hammer it out.
So it was rather uninspired men who decided what the alleged "true word of god" should include. To this day, the KJV, which is held in such high esteem by most Christians, is largely believed (erroneously) to be "from god," but the truth is that the Counsel of Niceae figured out what would be in it. You gotta love irony!

God protected writings and had them put together how He wanted them put together. He can use men, good or bad, for His purposes.
