i too love buffalo wild wings..spicy garlic is the bomb.
but for homemade wings i put an entire frozen bag of them in a baking dish put a stick of butter in and an entire bottle of hotsauce mixed with a packet of dry ranch dressing..mix them all up..bake them for about an hour on 350..they have a great flavor..if you want more spice add more sauce..you can add habenero sauce too

I partially fry the wings while I make the sauce. It's at least 1/3 cup of hot sauce (I use either Louisiana Hot Sauce or Frank's), 6 Tbsp. butter, and 1 packet of Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix. Toss the partially fried wings with the sauce, put them on a sheet pan, and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

I put wings on a cookie sheet, seasoning them with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and a seasoning called 'kickin chickin'. Then I put them in a 375 degree oven for about 30-45 minutes. I make sure to put skin side up, with all those seasonings, the skins get good and crispy. When they are done I toss them with KC Masterpiece brown sugar and honey sauce. Every now and then I like to dip them in some ranch too.

Well there is this place near us in Milford, Connecticut called Buffalo Wild Wings and they have good sauces...try looking them up and see if you can get a sauce from them...my favorite one is the Parmesean Garlic sauce....its not really spicy, but has a good flavor to it.

Like them several ways...but here is a way to try them...did a bit of experimenting ... melt some peanut butter add some regular butter to make it more pourable...add hot sauce or garlic salt or both to mixture and then pour over the cooked wings and mix it up to coat them...sounds nasty but it is really TASTY!!!

I like mine the traditional way - sauce based on butter and Frank's Red Hot - but I will add Tabasco and some white pepper for more flavor.

I also make my own blue cheese dressing: mix sour cream with milk to get the right thickness, then add salt, pepper, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder and blue cheese that you mashed with a fork. Its delicious!

I get most of my recipes from the book titled, "Marinades, rubs, brines, cures and glazes" by Jim Tarantino, published by Ten Speed Press. It costs roughly $10.99.
I absolutely adore that book, it literally has hundreds of awesome recipes. I have personally made about 1/4 of them and loved all but one.
I like to put a hint of smoke into my wings, hence I grill them. I make a lot of wings because my wife loves them.
