Where is that street in downtown LA, where everything is cheap..I always hear about it but I wanna know where it is..I want cheap UGG boots

I'd sty away from those places if I were you. I am a big guy who can take care of himself, and I still do not feel comfortable shopping those places in Downtown LA. There are a lot of homeless and other derelicts that try to hit you up all the time!
Better place to go is the Citadel Outlet Mall off the I-5 in City of Commerce (or somewhere thereabouts). It is not that far out of Downtown LA, and you can get a lot of nice things there at outlet prices.

Um i think you are referring to Main Street. I have never been there personally, but I heard you can find a bunch of great stuff. FYI-If you're looking for something original in Downtown LA, you probably wont find a real brand. Everything out there is fake. Just go to the store and get some UGG boots....unless you want fake ones...LOL

The Los Angeles Fashion (Garment) District (downtown LA) is generally located between 7th and Main Street (North West corner) and 10 Freeway and San Pedro St. (South east corner). See below for a longer article

Venice Beach tops the list of fun and weird. Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles Hiking to the Hollywood sign (Google it) Universal City Walk Hollywood & Highland, especially the courtyard of the Chinese Theater. Probably the only place in the world where you can simultaneously see all 3 incarnations of Johnny Depp at once: Captain Jack Sparrow, Mad Hatter, and Willie Wonka.

It's the Fashion District and if you find UGG boots, they're knock offs. You get what you pay for down there.

I think you're looking for the Santee alley and surrounds.
You can get lots of "Designer" labels down there.
Personally, I go to Tilly's for Emu boots for $30.00

There cheap and the items are bootleg. I would not recommend buying anything from downtown.
