Actually, I've seen several articles lately that indicated that some of the "medical advice" about "best weight" was really wrong. Apparently the doctors at a couple of universities were tossing out data that disagreed with their personal theories, and the result was skewing weights much too light. I have seen web sites (found by using a search engine and giving it terms like height and weight) that say anywhere from 117 to 155, depending on "your frame".

115 Is the healthy weight for Young women at 5 foot 5, For men it's 150.

next time you go for a check up or go to the doctor they can show you a chart. well I am 5'6 and while I was a teenager I was very active and athletic and my doctor told me I had a good weight at 135.

If you're 5'5" at 15...Your weight should be whatever it is if you have a body fat percentage of approximately 22%.

any where from 125-145 should be good.
don't worry if you are a little over or under, just eat healthy & you should be fine.
