I use 3 things: Bissell Pet Stain with the Little Green Man machine for carpet, the occasional baking soda left on the carpet for a few days and then vacum, and good old white vinegar for the floor. To my understanding, if they pee on carpet and it is being soaked into the padding under the carpet, you got to get proffesional cleaning service and tell them you have pee odour problem or change the underpad. Usually doing it on your own doesn't take the odour away--> found this out from a lot of friends who had the same problem. They have tried everything in the market and clean, clean, clean but didn't work until they get proffesional service and some of them just change the carpet to hardwood flooring.

If you're spraying all that stuff in your home and you're still smelling urine, it could very well be in your flooring! I would give the carpets a good carpet cleaning and wash all the other floors. Also think of spots you normally wouldn't think of (under furniture and appliances...etc...dogs are sneaky little buggers!)
I use a Bissell Spot Bot for my boys messes...and I swear by that thing!!! They also have sprays for pet odor...etc. Check out the link! Good luck with your mysterious reappearing smell!!

The best thing I have found for urine odor is a product called Odoban.. You can purchase it on their website or if you have a Sam's club near you they carry it also. It eliminates the odor, I first learned about it working in the vet clinic and then later found the website and started ordering it after I left the vet clinic, It works great on cat smell or doggie smells..

Try baking soda, sprinkle heavily on the stain carpet, let stand for several hours the vacuum.
Baking soda will remove most odors in refrigerators, cabinets, carpet, etc.

I SWEAR by Simply Solution. It removes ALL kinds of stains and odors. Even has a money back guarantee. You can get it at most pet supply stores (PetCo, PetSmart, etc...)
I use nothing but SIMPLE SOLUTION.

I have cats and dogs, and have tried "everything", just like you. I finally found something at Petsmart called "Simple Solutions Stain and Odor Remover".(shows cats AND dogs on label), Needless to say, I was skeptical, but IT WORKS!! There's nothing worse that cat spray, and it took that out. Try it........Good luck...

If it is more than just a spot you might want to have the carpets steam cleaned. You can either hire somebody to do it, or rent a cleaner and do it yourself.

I was going to recommend a couple of things on your list. The only other thing is Nature's Miracle. It's supposed to be really good.
