We have a small office and only one small carpeted bathroom. We have 6 guys who work here and I think some of them are regularly missing the toilet because it always smells really bad like urine in there. I wanted to post a funny sign that would get the point across that they need to aim better. Any ideas?

there is a really cute sign in the latest LTD catalog. It says "i aim to keep this bathroom clean, your aim would help"

take a photgraph of all the women individually looking down and kinda smiling put captions under the pics saying things like "thats it" lol, or "that explains why he misses" then tape them or somehow adhear them around the toilett as if they are looking at the guy's stuff.
