If you are going to post that "The Bible teaches" this or that, you ought to be ready with verses that show that the Bible does, indeed, teach what you claim it does.
I've read the Bible through many, many, many times...and I have not found one single verse that says that the earth is flat, or that it is at the center of the universe. I don't even see even one single verse, anywhere in the Bible, that says that the earth is the one and only planet with life on it. The Bible simply does not address these issues.
Although SOME Christians seem to think that the Bible shows a "young earth" most Bible scholars would disagree. There is no verse in the Bible, anywhere, that gives a date for the Creation of the earth. Again, if you are going to state that the Bible teaches this, you ought to have some sort of proof that it does, other than the word of a few fanatics.
Finally, God does not "force" anyone to do anything. And...there is no real concept of an eternal fiery pit where people are tortured forever and ever, either, although that is the popular Christian notion of "hell".
God bless!!

No, the Bible does not teach that the Earth is flat or at the center of the Universe. That was a belief that was taken from the Greek pagans and handed down through the Dark Ages, when no one read the Bible.
And yes, real science does support the fact that the Earth is about 6,000 years old; it cannot possibly be any older than 10,000. And yes, Man and dinosaurs co-existed. This is where all the "dragon" legends originated. Most died off from the post-flood climate change, and the rest were killed off by Man. There may still be a few left today, such as the plesiosaur, the pterodactyl, the cadborosaurus, and the diplodocus.
God IS all-knowing, and He doesn't make mistakes. God gives us free will to choose good or evil, but there's no such thing as a consequence-free choice. The only way to have people in heaven who love Him but are not robots is to allow them to choose, then only take those who choose to be with Him. That makes sense. The rest must be destroyed, or else sin will infect the entire universe. It's actually quite humane.

Well first off the Bible makes it clear the Earth is spherical.
I don't remember anything close to it claiming the Earth is in the middle of the universe.
The Bible says nothing as to an age for the Earth, it only gives for human life spaning back several thousand years, that is what you are most likely thinking of.
God made no mistakes.
He doesn't force humans to serve him, or we would all be doing so now. He gives us a choice serve or don't.
The idea of Hellfire isn't even in the Bible.

The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.....
If God didn't love us He wouldn't have created us...Why should God feel obligated to let people live in Heaven with Him for all eternity when they don't like Him ,much less Love Him,disobey Him and mock Him.
Tell us, if you had the Masterplan,Had a huge mansion and all the conditions to live with you were just to love you, respect you, would you let in those who didn't???
Also Jehovah's witnesses are a cult and NOT Christians.
The Christian believes in Hell,Fears it and we all know that is the domain of Satan and all demons.JW's prettying up the picture is Not the reality.
God is perfect and so is Heaven and sin and impurity cannot live( abide ) there.
Remember God created Satan who was originally Lucifer who became a fallen Angel. He wanted a kingdom divided against God.This is what God is up against daily. His creation rebelling. It is your choice and everyone's.Hell or Heaven.

Can't answer you from the Christian point of view, but can give you a little on the Jewish point of view.
If the bible taught that the earth is flat, then Jews wouldn't have known it was round since the time of Abraham. Yes, they did. It's written in the oral torah that the Church wasn't able to steal. (for centuries this was passed down by word, but later was finally written down during the babylonian exile)
The verse mistakenly believed to indicate that the earth is flat is where it says that in the days of the Messiah, the Jews will be brought from the 4 corners of the world and ingathered into Israel.
If the Jews never thought this meant that the world was flat, why did Christianity teach that it did? For hundreds of years, and even persecute and put to death those who disagreed, including the Jews who knew it didn't mean that?
Power. That's all it was. Power and control by the Church especially during the Dark Ages when this belief was pounded into the people.
As far as the earth being between 5000 and 10000 years old, very few Jews do go by this literally, very few. Most believe that each year represents hundreds of thousands or even millions of years.
As far as if God is all knowing why does he make mistakes?
He doesn't.
And if he really loved us, why does he force us to believe in him, and if we don't we go to hell?
This is a foreign concept to Judaism. We don't have any such doctrine or idea like that at all. We don't have a burning in eternal hellfire torture type concept at all. We have reincarnation and prayer for forgiveness of sin. The eternal torture hell thing is Christian, and the Church most likely took the idea from an early religion called Zoroastrianism that is believed to be the first to come up with the hellfire eternal torture thing. Judaism never adopted that.
As far as the dinosaurs, they are there in the Torah. They are called Leviathan, according to Judaism these are the dinosaurs. Don't know (or care) whether Christianity accepts this or not.

I've never heard anywhere about the Bible believing the earth was flat and the center of the universe. Those were misconceptions by ancient scientists who did not understand the concept of the horizons and who didn't grasp the fact that our planet rotates.
Nor does the Bible say that the earth is between 5000 and 10,000 years old. One man estimated earth to have been created about 6000 BC. My point is, those dates were ESTIMATED by MEN.
And God is omniscient, man is not. The Bible was written by MEN, not GOD.
And I would finally like to point out, that your last question is the reason for the existence of Jehovah's Witnesses. They believe in God and Jesus, but not in Hell. After all, if God is our Father, what good father wants to see his children tormented, even if the children are bad?

You need to read your Bible and maybe then you would not say that the Bible says this and that when it don't. The Bible teaches that the earth is round. Isaiah 40: 22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in: The Bible teaches that the earth has been here since the beginning. Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. The Bible teaches that you have a free will and if you don't wish to believe that He died for your sins you don't have to. You have liberty to go to hell if you wish.

Please list your sources within the Bible for any of this claims.
There is no scripture which states that the earth is flat, nor any story or event that implies such a thing. (For example, no one sails off the edge of the world). Rather there are scriptures which speak of the earth as being a "circle" (or sphere). Isaiah 40:22
There is no scripture which states that the earth is at the center of the universe, nor any thing within scripture that implies such a geographical idea. It does teach that mankind is the "center" of God's love and care. But that does not require the earth to be central located in the universe. And since we have yet to find the limits of the universe, how do we know that it is not in the center?
There is no scripture which teaches the universe is only 5-10,000 years old. No date is given form the time of creation. Some people have tried to come up with such a date using the genelogies of scripture. But if you read through the entire Bible, you will find that it was common practice in genelogies to only list the important people, and skip ohter generations. IIf it is consist with the rest of scripture, then the genenlogy of Genesis is probably not complete, and thus not a realiable way to calculate the earth's age.
Did man co-exist with the dinosaurs? According to current scientific teachings, man still co-exist with dinosaurs today. We are told that crocodiles, sharks, and some of the once believed extinct fish that people have recently caught have remained unchanged since the timme of the dinosaurs. So they qualify for man living along side dinosaurs.
When one reads the Bible, there are some references to animals (such as Leviathan and Behemoth) that sound very similar to what we normally think of as some species of dinosaurs. Since there are still "dinosaur" species living today, why would it be so crazy to believe that other such species survived into the time of early humans, but became extinct before modern times? Or have you never heard of the wooly mammoth and the saber tooth tiger? Both "dinosaurs" which interacted with humans, if we are to believe the cave paintings scientist have found.
Finally on the question of forcing people to believe....
I am sure that you believe GW Bush is the current president of the United States (whether he stold the election or not). But you probably do not automatically - just because you believe he exist - agree with all his policies, support all his decisions, or loyally do whatever he ask. Believing he exist, and following him are two very different things.
God is not looking for people who simply believe he exist. He is looking for people who are willing to serve and follow him. It is to those that he reveals himself. It is the difference between someone who says "Show me you exist and I will follow you" and someone who says "I am going to follow you, so you better show me how to do it." It is the second who will get his answer.
Why hell? Because if God were to simply open heaven to everyone, it would be no different from earth. Those who will not yield him or obey his will have to be excluded or heaven becomes meaningless.
