I'm not sure if you're asking for a pork recipe or a side dish, so here's both.
cut pork loin in cubes and coat in a mixture of:
1/4 C peanut butter
3 T soy sauce
1 T spicey mustard
1 T garlic powder
Set oven on broil @ 450 and bake for 5 min per side, basting with mixture when turning.
Fried cabbage side:
Place small amount of margarine in pan and add cabbage cut in large chunks. Cook until desired tenderness and season with salt and pepper. Serve on top of butter and parsley egg noodles.
Steamed baby carrots finishes it up
enjoy!

3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE or KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
4 lb. pork baby back ribs
PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Mix together barbecue sauce, marmalade and pepper sauce until well blended.
CUT ribs into 2-rib sections. Place half of the ribs in single layer in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Bring up long sides of foil. Double fold both short ends of foil to seal, leaving top open. Pour 1/4 cup water (or 1 ice cube) into foil packet through opening at top. Double fold top to seal, leaving room for heat circulation. Repeat with remaining ribs.
GRILL covered, 45 min. to 1 hour or until ribs are cooked through. Remove from foil and return ribs to grill; brush with barbecue sauce mixture. Grill an additional 10 to 15 min., turning occasionally and brushing with the remaining sauce.
