Where you were they I miss you

This is from a web based translation program, so it has to be correct.

Where have you been? I miss you.

But allow me to correct the German sentences:

Wo sind Sie gewesen? Ich vermisse Sie.

Ich vermisste Sie (past tense), English: "I missed you".

I'm German, and the first sentence doesn't make any sense! If you wanna say "Where have you been?" it is "Wo sind Sie gewesen?". The second one means "I miss you".

It is German. It means, "Where have you gone? I miss you."

The grammar is all wrong though. It should be "Wo sind Sie gewesen? Ich vermisse Sie."
