Importantly, what is the definition of stupid? If it's relying 99% on tests and ignoring what the patient is actually experiencing, the answer is, Yes, stupid people can become doctors. If it's a case where the doctor has no idea what's causing the issue but simply states, "sometimes hearts just do that" as a medically complex answer, the answer is, Yes, stupid people can become doctors. If it's an inability to humble oneself and admit that you have no idea and refer the patient to someone who might have a clue, then, Yes, stupid people can become doctors. If it's not understanding the basic correlation between organs and transport mechanisms despite 14 years of training and several years of experience, then, Yes, stupid people can become doctors.

Go to college and major in biology or pre-med. If you do well enough - and I'm talking straight A+ - then you can get into medical school. If you only get A's, then perhaps you can get into a medical school in another country.

Then you will have several more years of study, depending on if you decide to specialize - it could be as long as 10 more years.

But, I'm with the person who commented on your grammar. If you don't know the proper tense of "become" - then you might not have what it takes to be a doctor.
