Not often. And even then, in my personal experience, when I have a prophetic dream it is often so highly symbolic that I don't understand what it was about until well after the event has passed.... If there is a particular dream that worries you, you should post it for interpretation, so people can give you some feedback on it, it might be helpful to reassure you......This is not to say that there is no such thing, and also not to say that we don't receive important messages of that sort from the other side, we do some times, just not all that often. Of all the posts I have seen here that want to know if it was a prophetic dream, I have yet to see one that actually was, but then again most of those are posted by girls wanting to know if a guy they like will like them back because they dreamed about it :) Granted, the rest of them are by people who are worried about something bad that happened in the dream, but I haven't seen any of those that struck me as prophetic either....

That is actually called a prophetic dream. It could be caused by a situation in our lives and you guessing the outcome. Some people in the "psychic" community believe it is a dream to warn you about a something important that will happen. It's more probable that we are just guessing what may happen to us through our dreams.
Type prophetic dream into a search engine and read up on it.

Some people can understand that sth will happen in the near future when they see strange dreams or nightmares. Every time my grandmother sees a bad dream, the next day or two days after something bad happens.

Last night I had a dream that I went to work. Guess what happend, I went to work. Am I psychic, NO. Did I see the future, NO. I self prophosized the dream. I made it come true.

What a mind can concieve and believe it can achieve.
The dreams have something to do with future if you analyse your dream positively and believe that it is for good, i am sure that will make your future

I really don't think so sometimes i dream of things that i thought of during the day so i think it is all in the subconscious
